How does delivery work?
We send your order using a secure parcel service and it will be with you within 2-3 working days.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, our packaging is recyclable. All of our branded packaging that we create is recyclable, in some form. We care for the planet just as you do.
Do you personalise products?
Yes, we personalise our boxed wax melts with keepsake clays and we can also tie the clays around the candles within the luxury box sets. We are working on other areas where we can personalise which will be available soon.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards plus Paypal transactions are accepted in our online shop.
We also have a pay with BACS option which you will see at checkout.
Can we return tokens?
You can keep or recycle these yourself.
Can I use more than one token when redeeming them?
Yes, you can use as many as you like for more discount. If you are using more than one you will need to email over all of your codes and we can then issue a combined code to use.

What is the burn time for your candles?
A 160g candle has a burn time of up to 35 hours and tealights have a 6 hour burn time.
What wax and fragrance do you use?
100% plant based soy wax which is sustainbly sourced in the UK.
We use essential oils blended with premium grade fragrances to bring unique scents. Cruelty free, vegan friendly and aromatherapy safe.
