Every time you shop with our brand online and with a product over the value of £20
You will receive a "token of our appreciation" for supporting and coming along on the journey with us.
Token's have different value depending on the cost price of the product/s purchased. The tokens can be redeemed against future purchases of KB Premium Designs products once registered correctly. (Batch code is on the back of the token)
Please note: wedding packages/orders or any wholesale orders do not include tokens as discount is already added. However, all the luxury gift sets will come with a token as standard.
Once you register your token code an email will automatically be sent and we have to manually authorise your code before you can use it at checkout. Please wait up to 24 hours for an email back with confirmation that your tokens code is ready to use. You will not be able to use the code until it has been authorised through the site.

It is important we have terms in place but in all honesty, we don't have many.
Tokens to be used against future purchases.
Tokens cannot be used against any promotion or sale item.
A token code can only be used once.
Token code to be used on the platform where the product was purchased to keep in line with third party, company policies if, and where permitted. In this case, you will be issued with a code to use back on the platform you originally purchased from.

Tokens do not count towards any form of shipping.
Please keep or recycle tokens after use.

Where can I use my tokens promotional code?
On our website at checkout. You can use your promotional code when you place an order. Just pop it in at the checkout for your discount. Remember: you MUST have proof of purchase or batch code to retrieve your code.
Can I use all of my tokens against one order?
Sure! We don't believe in too many restrictions, the only one being they cannot be redeemed against products that are already on promotion. So save them up!
What do I do with the token after I have registered it?
Our tokens are fully recyclable so you can keep them or dispose of them responsibly.
Do I get a token for every product I buy from KB Premium Designs?
You do for all luxury gift sets as they come as standard in those and for any products above the value of £20 purchased on our website only. The tokens value will vary depending on the product puchased.
For example, any luxury gift sets over £35 will award you a £5 token and any single candle purchase over the value of £20 will award you £3

What is the token bag for?
Our beautifully branded, organic cotton pouch is to ensure you don't misplace your tokens and is a little handy storage pouch, to keep them safe or you can use it for any other small items around the home. You can even store your last precious tealights in them too!
Can we return tokens?
Tokens do not need to be returned, you just need to register your purchase in the form on this page.
However, if you have saved alot over time and wish to send them back you can do this via our postal address on the contact us page.
