Our returns guarantee policy 

You know that phrase "cool as a cucumber", well that's us! 
Although we aren't green, because we are humans of course, we are definitely cool and we want your shopping experience to be cool too, so here's our VERY cool guarantee in a nutshell for you. 
 
If you're not super happy with your KB Purchase then that's not super cool so we are totally cool to accept your return. It's cool to issue a refund if that suits you best but it would be even cooler if you would accept an exchange. 
 
We are available to answer any questions whether they are "cool" or not. 
There are a few rules though... 
 
If you return to us, the products need to be in an unused saleable condition with everything still in the box, even our cool token as we love those little guys. You wouldn't want to receive a product that's been tampered with so we wouldn't accept any returns in a poor condition. 
 
We are available to answer any questions you may have, whether they are cool of not and before I forget, we will require your proof of purchase for any returns, and this is a biggy.

Damaged Goods 
 
We do our utmost to ensure our transport packaging protects your items to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. If any items are received damaged we will replace or refund. Please contact us so that we can assist you further. 
General exchange policy 
 
Most of our goods can and will be returned for exchange or if preferred we can credit you for the value of the goods. Any goods for exchange need to be returned to us within 28 days, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition subject to the conditions below. 
 
Sale Items 
 
Goods purchased at sale value are non refundable subject to your statutory rights. 
 
Special orders 
 
Unless faulty or damaged in transit specially ordered products cannot be returned. This applies to items specially sourced, personalised or any other non standard product. 
 
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of KB Premium Design's returns policies.
