If you love nothing more than the relaxing scent of a clean soy candle, why not come and craft your own at this blissful candle making class in Lowick Northamptonshire?
In this chilled-out workshop, you'll learn how to melt, mix and pour wax to create DIY luxury candles from scratch.
Your friendly teacher Kylie will guide you step-by-step throughout your journey and provide all the equipment and tools, so don't worry if it's your first attempt at candle making, you'll feel all of your worries melt away as you sit back and focus on getting creative with your group.
Whether you deserve some self-care or you are looking to treat a special someone with a relaxing experience gift, this workshop will leave you feeling calm and collected, with a beautiful candle and a large wax melt to take home.

Workshop venue
This workshop is held at Lowick Village Hall. Nestled in the idiylic countryside of Northamptonshire and is close to Kettering and Corby.
Workshop is available for private hire.
We are currently catering for up to 12 per class however, if you are a larger group i,e a hen party, birthday party or a corporate team, then please email us with your numbers prior to booking and we will do our best to help. If we are unable to secure seats on that particular date or venue we can talk through other options that are available.
Everything is set up and ready for when you arrive. At this venue we provide unlimited tea and coffee throughout the workshop with food.
If you book for one of our evening classes we include a glass of prosecco too!
Daytime food is catered by Pinkys Pastries in individual afternoon tea boxes.
Evening food is catered by the local restaurant "The Snooty Fox" (a stones throw away from the venue so you can always finish up there with a cheeky drink)
Venue is mobility safe. There is a step into the wc and another into the second part of the hall. We can set up wheelchair access. Please let us know on your booking form if you require any further asistance. Feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss anything before your arrival.
There is ample parking to the rear of the building. Drive through the gated entrance and right into the car park (image below for reference)
On the day...
You will arrive at the start time that you have selected, whether that is for the day time or the evening class. The workshop will start once we all get settled with a nice cuppa!
Aprons on! And we then begin with a little introduction about KB and the art of candle making.
Scents are then chosen and we get down to the making.
You will make a luxury KB candle and a heart wax melt.
There is also an option to play around with colouring your wax.
There is an interval where your creations have time to cure and your bellies have time to be fed. There is a wonderful resturant just across from the Village Hall who will be providing delicious lunches. This is all included.
Once lunch is finished, we can de-mold your wax melts, snip your wicks and box up your creations. We will then wrap up the class with a good old game of candle bingo!
The workshops duration is 2.5 hours.
11.30am - 2pm or 6.30pm - 9.30pm
You will take home all that you have made on the day.
You will also receive 10% off to spend on the day/ evening of your class, on any KB products, that will be on display for you to browse throughout the workshop.
