At KB Premium Designs, we specialise in delivering private creative workshops to homes, holiday cottages, boutiques, venues, places of work, corporate events and village halls across Northamptonshire and the wider East Midlands.
Our sessions are warm, personalised, and professionally delivered — making them ideal for family days, special occasions like, birthdays or hen parties, well-being events, or just quality time spent together.
We can help to find a venue locally for you or liase with a venue within your area.
Alternatively, you can choose any of the venues we currently work from. Please see our "venues" section below for more details. All venues cater differently from on another in terms of fees, maximum participants, food, drink etc.
There is a minimum amount of participants required for each workshop.

What We Offer
All workshops are hosted privately for your group and include all materials, setup, and gentle guidance from our experienced workshop leader. We use natural, eco friendly and non toxic ingredients.
Our aim is to give you the most rememberable experience and to just, have fun!
Candle Making
Learn how to create your own luxury soy wax candle housed in our signature stylish vessel using fragrance blends mixed with essential oils that you’ll adore. You will also be guided through blending scents and colour mixing. Be sure to find it hard to choose wihich scent you desire as they are all so good!
Wax Melt Workshop
Craft your own tray of 15 individual squared wax melts with your chosen scent. Perhaps you may want to add some biodegradable glitter or dried flowers to add a personal touch to your melts. Perfect for beginners or those who simply just love a wax melt!
Aroma Clay Diffuser Making
Design and make your own natural clay aroma diffusers. Choose from various designs and create something unique to you.
These beautiful pieces absorb and gently diffuse fragrance oil. They make lovely gifts or keepsakes. Ideal for relaxing, sensory-focused experiences.
Mummy & Me Wax Melt Sessions
A specially curated session designed for one adult and one child to enjoy making wax melts together. Choose from a variety of shapes and scents. These private sessions are calm, creative, and memorable — perfect for school holidays, birthdays, or simply some quality time. Children need to be supervised at all times. Ages starting from 9+ years.

Your Workshop, Your Way
Every KB Premium Designs private workshop includes:
- Exclusive booking for your chosen group
- Setup at your home or venue (indoors or sheltered outdoor spaces)
- All professional tools and premium, eco-conscious materials
- Refreshments and gift options available
- Suitable for all ages, from children aged 9+ to adults
- Children will need to be supervised by an adult/s at all times.
We are also happy to adapt sessions for sensory-friendly, quiet, or neurodivergent-inclusive experiences.

What We Need From You
A great space to fit all of the attendees that you are booking for with tables and chairs for each person to be seated. We have some tables and can bring these along which will seat a maximum of 8.
Electricity access for the wax warmer/s and heating elements (we have a seperate table for the use of our hot equipment)
If you are hosting, then you my friend wear the hat for ensuring everyone is watered. Light refreshments are always a great hit!
How to Book
Booking your private workshop is easy:
1: Use our online enquiry form (here) or email us with your ideal date, location, number of guests, and preferred workshop type.
2: We will reply with a quote and availability, including any extras such as catering or personalised packaging.
3: Once confirmed, we handle the rest, you simply show up and enjoy yourself!
Private workshops have a minimum fee of (6) participants whether that be just 2 of you or a group of 6. Price decrease on numbers after the initial (10) We are available for groups of up to 20 guests.
Prices start from £45pp off peak (Mon-Thurs) and £55pp peak time (Fri-Sun)
Larger group pricing is available on request as we will need an extra member of staff to facilitate this. We can therefore host up to 40.
(we can do split classes if your group is significantly larger)
