If you love nothing more than the relaxing scent of a clean, non-toxic, soy candle with a crackling wooden wick, then why not come and craft your very own at this blissful candle making class in the historical venue of Rockingham Castle in Corby, Northamptonshire?
In this relaxed and informal workshop, you'll learn how to melt, mix and pour wax to create luxury candles and wax melts from scratch.
Your friendly teacher Kylie will guide you step-by-step throughout your journey and provide you with all the equipment and tools that you'll need. So don't worry if it's your first attempt at candle making,
you will feel all of your worries melt away as you sit back and focus on getting creative with your group.

Workshop Venue
This workshop is held at the historical landmark of Rockingham Castle in Corby and near to Market Harborough. A former Royal castle and hunting lodge in Rockingham Forest with stunning views all around.
Join us and learn a new skill, open up your creative side and enjoy an informal, relaxed candle class. We can host for up to 20 people at this venue.
Everything is set up and ready for when you arrive. Tea, coffee and sparkling elderflower included and a scrumptious afternoon tea catered by Rockingham Castle.

On the day...
You will arrive at 11.30am and the workshop will start once we are all settled with a nice cuppa!
Aprons on and we then begin with a little introduction about KB and the art of candle making along with an intinery of the class.
Scents are then chosen and we start the making process.
You will make a luxury KB candle and a large heart wax melt.
There is also an option to play around with colouring your wax.
There is an interval where your creations have time to cure and your bellies have time to be fed. There will be a wonderful Chrismassy, afternoon tea style buffet for you to endure.
Once we return from the delightful lunch, we can de-mold your wax melts, snip your wicks and box up your creations.
The workshops duration is 2.5 hours (11.30am - 2pm)
You will take home all that you have made on the day.
You will also receive 10% off to spend on the pop up shop.
